History

Yukon West Defense Technologies dba Yukon West Solutions is a subsidiary of Azachorok Incorporated, a for-profit Alaska Native Village corporation that invests in sustainable business opportunities for the benefit of shareholders while preserving our traditional subsistence culture and values.

1972 – Azachorok, Inc., (ANC) formed under the Alaska Native Land Claims Settlement Act.
2014 – Azachorok Contract Services, LLC purchases Accurate Machine Computers Defense Technology, LLC.
2021 – After securing nearly 10M in government contracts Azachorok Contract Services, LLC graduates from the 8(a) program.
2022 – Azachorok Contract Services, LLC is acquired by sister company Yukon West Defense Technologies, LLC.
2022 – Azachorok subsidiary Yukon West Defense Technologies, LLC receives its 8(a) certification.
