Description – Design Build Project for 2 Duplexes in New Stuyahok, AK. Provided project management and construction services by serving as the General Contractor for the construction of two panelized 2,592 SF Duplex housing units.
Construction included foundation, building shell (SIPs Panels), interior partitions and finishes, doors and windows, hardware,casework, appliances, all plumbing and electrical as well as preparing the sites (gravel pads and utilities).

Value – $3,200,000Description – Construct a community center in Pilot Point, AK. Project includes preparatory work and construction of a new 3,747 SF Community Building and associated utilities. Wood framed construction. Mechanical and electrical systems and installations. Building envelope and insulation including siding, metal roofing, weather barriers etc. Finishes including flooring, wall protection, paints & coatings and ceiling systems. Re-seeding disturbed areas.

Airfield Striping Maintenance for 92nd Air Refueling Wing (ARW): Up to (Not-To-Exceed) one (1) mobilization and de-mobilization for all unscheduled air traffic interruptions. Airfield Striping Maintenance for 92nd Air Refueling Wing (ARW): Four (4) wastewater quality tests. This assumes four (4) wastewater holding containers will be needed.
